Faculty of Advocates, Edinburgh, Arbitration in Scotland Conference 2017 - 29 - 30 September 2017
The Faculty of Advocates will host an “Arbitration in Scotland” Conference in Edinburgh on 29 – 30 September 2017, at which Gillian Carmichael Lemaire will be speaking.
The conference will address the benefits of arbitration in Scotland, with a particular focus on an innovative personal injury arbitration service to be launched at the conference, which will operate on a dedicated arbitration portal on the Faculty of Advocates’ website.
